As the sun begins to set over the Tuscan hills, guests gather at Villa Gran Sogno for aperitivo, local wine and small bites before taking their places at a beautifully dressed table beneath the evening sky.

Dinner unfolds slowly, the way it should in Italy — seasonal Tuscan dishes, generous pours of Chianti Classico, candlelight, conversation and music, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and the quiet beauty of the countryside.

This is not a restaurant reservation. It is meant to feel like an invitation into a Tuscan home: intimate, relaxed and wonderfully convivial.

The evening begins with aperitivo, followed by a multi-course dinner inspired by the season and prepared with local ingredients. Wines are paired throughout the meal, and when dinner comes to an end, the night continues with espresso, digestivi and time to linger under the stars.
